Kid Check is a computerized software program, which focuses on providing full-featured, easy to use children’s check-in and equipment solutions.
We are honored to serve non-profits, corporations, businesses, schools, daycares, camps, children parties/functions, child-free parties/functions, hotels, Airbnb, religious gatherings, military base and law enforcement functions, convention centers, families (date nights) and individuals on the premises of your event/venue!
If you provide the space, we will provide everything else, no matter the size of your event! Our clients provide the location and we will arrive with the fun-filled equipment, materials and activities for the children. We Bring the Amazing Experience to You!
We are committed to providing excellent service seven days a week, including holidays. Holiday and weekend reservations fill up quickly, so please reserve at least 60 days in advance.
Our goal is to meet the needs of our children and families, by making safety our #1 priority, providing our amazing sitters, equipment and all materials for your child-free event. When you are too busy to handle the kids, lack childcare with fun-filled activities or have a major event to host or attend, we will not just offer our amazing sitter services, we will also offer our fun-filled exciting Platinum and Theme Packages to keep the children busy and entertained! Our clients will need to complete the required request information form on our site. Please leave your contact information and one of our friendly administrators will contact you. If you are sure you or your agency want to move forward in booking with us, ATS will set up an appointment for a safety assessment to ensure your location or venue meets our safety standards.
You must go online to pay for the safety assessment and consultation fee. Once the fee is paid, we will arrange the safety assessment and consultation. During the consultation we will take videos and pictures of the area the children will be stationed. We will complete our safety checklist to make sure the area meets our safety requirements.
We will discuss details provided on your booking information and provide a quote. This quote is just an estimate and does not include additional children or hours added during an event. The consultation takes approximately 1 hour depending on the size of your event/venue. Bookings are not complete until the deposit is paid in full. Once the booking fees are paid, the safety checklist is completed, and your venue is approved you are booked with Amazing Traveling Sitters! ATS will also work closely with your event team to ensure all needs are met before your event. You will receive an invoice and contract to make your payment.
ATS, will provide many of our delicious snacks our children love, in addition to our snacks provided in our Amazing Chef Package. Clients are also welcome to cater the meals and we will do the serving and clean up. Meals can be provided, as long as meals are catered to the location by your organization. Due to different allergies, children are encouraged to bring a brown bag breakfast, lunch or dinner. ATS is working expeditiously to connect with vendors to provide our children delicious meals.

Hello, My name is Ms. Tamika however all my students call me Ms. Mika! I'm excited and proud to say, although I have over 20 years in the childcare and teaching profession; I have been working specifically on this amazing project for weddings, non-profits, corporations, families, children birthday parties and child-free events for over 5 years.
I have completed extensive research on what busy families, brides-to-be, wedding planners, businesses and corporations seek for affordable, safe, reliable event childcare and child-free event services. I finally put my dream into existence! To become the #1 childcare event service provider, child-free event/party specialist, and the ultimate date night sitter services for our clients. To provide short term childcare in addition to providing childcare for major events, parties, families, individuals, corporations, and nonprofits.
I am currently in the child care sector and have worked as a certified child care teacher for over 20 years. I have my Child Development Associates (CDA), have taken courses in Early Childhood Education and am a current member of (NAEYC) The National Association for the Education of Young Children. In addition to undergoing the required background checks to maintain my certification, as well as FIRST-AID, CPR and SIDS certification.
I started working with young children at the tender age of 14. When someone asks me what I love about the field other than business, my answer is always, the kids! I knew at a very young age, I wanted to be a teacher. Not to control how children learn and grow but to be excited by the results and outcome of their learning. My dedication as a teacher has encouraged me to take things further, which has landed me as the founder and owner of Amazing Traveling Sitters!
Parents are seeking individuals who they can trust with their most precious gifts. Who will make sure their children are safe and cared for at all times. Who can assist with not just babysitting, however providing their children with childhood life long memories. I am a mom, a blessed grandmother, an auntie, a teacher, and mentor who still enjoy leading the youth and young adults.
I have two beautiful daughters and an amazing seven year old grandson named Rahmi. Rahmi will also join us for fun with your children at our amazing events. When my children were growing up, Yes I was the parent who hosted all the kid friendly events at my home as well as in my community. Now I’m here to host the same exciting fun-filled events for your children!
Our Amazing Staff
To my amazing staff, please know you are just as amazing as the founder of this wonderful vision. Please know, Amazing Traveling Sitters could not happen without you! We honor, value and appreciate all you do for ATS, our clients and our children!
All of our sitters are either licensed teachers, mentors, camp counselors, and don’t forget, Moms! Our amazing sitters are also grounded in their passion for children. Each of our staff members are closely hand selected, after each of our two interviews. The first interview is the initial interview. The second interview is the child/sitter interaction, to observe how well the applicant interacts and engages with our children.
Each applicant will undergo an extensive criminal background screenings as well as fingerprints through an official law enforcement agency. ATS will check references as far back as 10 years in addition to checking all job and personal references. Our staff will arrive at each event in uniform, company ID, and ready to deliver the ultimate experience!
Please know, all ATS staff will be in complete uniform and company ID. ATS encourages our clients to contact one of our friendly administrators through the Kid check app if you notice one of our staff members, not in complete uniform, or does not present a company ID. Please feel free to contact the owner or assistant lead of the company immediately! ATS believes in delivering great service, in addition to our friendly, professional staff!
All parents will have access through the Kid check app to reach one of our helpful administrators or the lead assistant of the company. Also one of our helpful administrators and/or lead assistant will be available onsite should there be any questions and/or concerns about a staff member during or after an event.
