
As the founder and CEO of this amazing sitter service, I wanted to create something beyond babysitting during weddings, and special events. I want to offer a service where our adult clients can enjoy a beautiful wedding, a special event, a corporate party, a military function or even an adult party without being stressed about who’s going to watch the children. Will they just babysit or will they offer hands-on play experiences? Will my children be safe, is the #1 one question! I wanted to create a service where children were provided the best care, the ability to be active through hands-on child friendly activities, and provided the space, materials, and equipment to create, explore or even design their favorite projects.
With the help from my amazing professional team who are also passionate about creating amazing play experiences, we are optimistic that every child attending one of our amazing events will enjoy our play experiences, and share all the excitement with family and friends. In addition to all the fun, we wanted to create a service where children can come to a familiar place with the entire family or just a short distance from their families. While our adult clients are busy enjoying themselves at their event, our children are also being cared for and enjoying themselves with Amazing Traveling Sitters! Stress off our clients, fun for the kids and convenient for everyone! Last but not least, a service where children can be safe, be themselves, build self-esteem & self-confidence, while creating healthy relationships with peers and others.
Trust is earned and not given! We are Moms too! Therefore, we truly understand the feelings of anxiety some parents may experience while leaving their children with individuals other than family. Besides keeping our children safe, this is why building healthy connections and long term relationships with our clients is our main priority! In addition to ATS offering our very own Amazing Safe Patrol Program, every sitter undergoes an extensive application process. We are committed to offering the best sitters around, and this is why ATS will, thoroughly screen and conduct criminal background checks, provide our very own training on safety and childcare, require certifications in CPR/First-Aid, and offer our mandatory yearly ATS safety training for staff, which are all required to become part of our team.
ATS is also legally registered and licensed through the state of North Carolina. We are a (LLC) legal liability company recognized through the state of North Carolina. We are committed to providing full legal insurance in case of an incident with one of our staff members or any children attending one of our amazing events. ATS, also provides a required allergy form for our children with allergies. ATS provides this information through our user-friendly website. We also post pictures of the children involved and engaged in many of our wonderful activities and events. Therefore, respecting the privacy of our children while taking photos, a photo release form is required giving ATS permission to post pictures publicly. In addition to the legality of the company, we are committed to keeping our children safe. Cleaning and sanitizing all equipment, materials and toys, in addition to teaching and encouraging our children the importance of handwashing, which will limit the exposure to germs.
Although we travel to meet the needs of our clients, we are currently located in North Carolina. All of our services are conveniently provided on your premises, hotel, school, event, or venue. If you have an event at a hotel, religious organization, business, or school we highly recommend you reserve a conference room or space specifically for ATS to use for the children. A two minute short video, in addition to a site visit of your space and location is performed before booking. The site visit is conducted to ensure the safety of the children and our staff. ATS does not provide a specific location, We Bring the Amazing Experience to You!
Yes, ATS can accommodate small, large, private families, corporations, non-profits, schools, camps, festivals/ convention events and more. In addition, we can also assist with children's birthday parties. ATS can accommodate 50 plus kids. Please call 60 days in advance for large groups.

We encourage parents to attend their special events while we keep the little ones safe and busy. However, all staff, volunteers, and parents are required to undergo a criminal background check to be in attendance with the children. As long as we have a current criminal background check, parents are welcome to join. Please reserve 60 days in advance to complete a criminal background check. ATS must have background results and on file before volunteers and parents are allowed to attend one of our amazing events.
The event sitter services will take place at your private home, facility, business, or special event venue. If services are provided in a private home, for the safety of our staff, ATS will require a valid driver’s license and/or ID to pre-screen all clients.
To protect the health and safety of our children and staff, all ill children must remain at home. If your child displays any signs of illness please conduct a temperature check before arrival. All ill children will be sent home immediately without refund. If a child becomes ill, before an event a credit will be issued to use for future events or group sitter services. Credits are guaranteed to carry over within one year.
There is no specific attire to attend one of our amazing events. However we recommend children arrive in comfortable clothing ready to have a blast! ATS recommends tennis or closed toe shoes only! Please do not allow children to wear fancy jewelry, or toys brought from home. ATS will not be responsible for valuable items brought from home. We are committed to providing everything the children need while attending our event sitter services.
Due to guarantee bookings, reservations and secured events, unfortunately ATS does not provide refunds. However we will issue a credit for another service at later date, upon receiving full payment. Credits can be carried over and used within one year, for another event or private group sitter services. Although ATS, cancellations are rare, should we need to cancel an event clients will be automatically refunded the deposits only.Please allow 5-10 business days for a full refund of your deposit. All clients have 72 hours to cancel an event to receive their full deposit. Cancellations done after 72 hours will forfeit the entire deposit.After 72 hours, unfortunately deposits can not be refunded.
Yes! Safety for each child attending one of our amazing events is our main priority! Low staff-child ratios are provided. Our amazing staff are hand selected, required to undergo an extensive criminal background check and trained on our Amazing Safe Patrol Program. In addition to understanding the importance of keeping our children safe; ATS also provides an on-site first aid kit, EpiPen permission slips in case of allergic reactions. Clients must provide medication documentation from a licensed physician for ATS to distribute an EpiPen if needed. Fill out the online request information form first! Thoroughly read through our FAQ’s! Once we receive your information request, we check the date of your event (availability) services requested, then ATS will review all information, videos of space and conduct a site visit of your venue. Based on all required information, and venue assessment we will then forward a link for booking. Please make sure you include your full name, contact number, email and all relevant information such as the date of your event, number of children etc. List all names and ages for each child. If this is group care, only the child’s legal parent can complete the child’s information section. We will not accept child information from an event host or wedding planner, as this information is crucial. Once we receive all required information, signed contract and fees you are booked! No refunds on booking fees.
ATS is committed to assisting our clients with their special events. It’s what we love to do! ATS believes in being prompt, kind and courteous. Therefore our professional team will arrive one hour before to set up, and equal time for clean up. ATS will complete all clean up, only in the area the children are stationed and where the event sitter services take place. We will also remove all garbage and trash from the area we use. Please inform our friendly staff of the trash cans, and dumpsters locations. This service is free of charge and included in your booking fee.
ATS accepts Visa/Master, Debit/Credit transactions, Apple Pay and Zelle. Unfortunately we do not accept personal checks. Company checks are accepted five days before your event. If you are using a company check we must receive an official company check with the business information printed on the check five days prior to your event. Checks not approved or cleared will be automatically cancelled with no refunds on reservation or deposits. To keep your reservation, please pay the full balance in full as soon as possible, or within 48 hours. If checks are not cleared or approved and balances are not paid in full within 48 hours of the event, unfortunately ATS will not be able to honor your event. ATS will continue with the scheduled event as long as we are paid in full within the 48 hours prior to your event.
ATS has something for everyone! ATS will provide event and group sitter services for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. For private group sitter care at your residence a minimum of 4 or more children. Due to adequate supervision and support, ATS provides the best staff/child ratios. For example our ratios are as follows: under 3 1:1 3-5 6:1, 5-12 8:1. ATS does not provide baby formula or diapers. Parents are responsible to provide baby formula and diapers. Since ATS are committed to providing the best care for our children, ATS charges a different rate for children under 3.
ATS reservations fill up quickly, especially on weekends and holiday seasons. Please reserve as soon as possible or at least 30-60 days in advance. For weddings, please reserve as soon as you are aware of your wedding date.
Absolutely! ATS provides short term group child care services to all our clients in need of services. Even if you just want to have a parents night out, ladies night, attend a job meeting, party, dad’s club or sports game, mommy and me classes, babysitting services, or even homeschool group activities we offer it! If you are homeschooling your children, book us to plan your next art or science activity. It's what makes ATS different from all the rest! We have the materials, equipment and supplies to create an awesome hands on play experience for your children at home or your event venue.
Our clients can book for as many hours needed for your event. However a 4 hour minimum is needed to book an event sitter service. Therefore all event reservations must be booked for at least 4 hours. Private sitter hours must be reserved for at least 3 hours with a group of at least 4 children. ATS will not accept event reservations under 4 hours, unless you are booking for private group care or one of our Amazing Birthday Party Packages.
Yes! If you need ATS for multiple days or even a week for a family getaway, wedding, meeting, party or vacation, we will provide it. We asked that we be given at least a 60 day notice to schedule for multiple day events. For example: if you need our services for Saturday and Sunday, you will reserve for Saturday and Sunday and only pay for the hours needed with the kids. Additional fees for out of state multiple day event sitter services.
ATS does not have a maximum group size. What our clients need is what we will provide! We are able to accommodate 50 plus children. Please book 60 days in advance.
Yes! Our busiest times are holiday parties and events. Please reserve at least 60 days in advance. Additional fees for holiday and emergency services. We honor, and value the people who protect and serve our country. We are committed to offering an amazing discounted package for our military/law enforcement families. Although providing meals at our amazing events is at the core of our mission, unfortunately ATS does not currently provide meals. ATS does provide snacks in our event packages as well as food prepared in our Amazing Chef package, free of charge. In the near future we plan to collaborate with other vendors to cater meals for our children and amazing staff. Clients are welcome to provide a brown bag breakfast or lunch for each child or contact a catering service to have food delivered to the premises of the event. We will work closely with your wedding/event host for food options.
Yes! New to our service is our Amazing Birthday Party Packages. Our very own Bubbles the clown will arrive and ready to have a blast with the little ones!
