Services Offered
ATS provides safe, reliable, on site child care event sitter and group services for weddings, non-profits, corporations, festivals, holiday parties, schools, religious gatherings, hotels/airbnb events, military functions, date nights, adult private child-free events, children birthday parties and events. We also provide services for homeschool group activities. Our weekends and holiday events get filled pretty quick. Therefore our clients are advised to reserve 60 days in advance.
Our staff will arrive promptly to your location, preferably one hour early to set up. Each staff member will arrive in complete ATS uniform, ATS ID, equipment and materials to set up and assist with your child-free event. In addition to providing safe and reliable child care, we bring the fun to entertain the kids too! Our Platinum and Amazing Theme packages are listed on our site where our clients can choose the kid friendly fun-filled packages of their choice. All of our packages are child friendly, with hours of fun, creative and engaging, age appropriate activities.

Since ATS is the Ultimate experience event sitter service, offering our clients and their children a safe amazing experience; there is at least a 4 hour minimum on all our amazing packages. Packages can be purchased in small or large groups of 10+ however with at least a 4 hour minimum. For child care service for individuals, private families of less than 10 or groups of 50+ children and/or overnight events for vacations and hotels please call to speak to one of our friendly associates. After each event, ATS will also make sure basic cleaning is completed in the area where children were stationed. For our movie theater package, parents and groups will be allowed to choose from either our popcorn station or our nacho station. Slushies, snack boxes and basic table decor are included with this package. All arts & crafts will go home with each child after the event. ATS requires an hour window for setup and equal time for cleaning. There is no extra charge as this service is included in your booking fee.
Amazing Birthday Parties
Do your little ones love excitement, music, fun, and amazing friendly clowns who love to dance? How about colorful parachutes and ball play? Let Amazing Traveling Sitters bring the fun to you! Our friendly Bubbles the Amazing Clown loves to face paint. When she comes, she arrives with some of your favorite tasty treats! Our clients can choose from our warm delicious popcorn/nacho station or our delicious cotton candy. Perhaps one of our cold delicious frozen snow cones. Should you get thirsty, Bubbles the Amazing Clown makes some of the best fruit flavored lemonade. Rahmi’s favorite is the Green Apple Surprise! It tastes just like an Apple Jolly Rancher! When you want to have a great party, dance around with friends, you can fuel yourself on our delicious Candy Buffet. In addition to some of our child friendly favorites, ATS also provides 30 minutes of your kids favorite music and dance in our music package. It’s one of Bubbles favorites! All prices reflect up to 10 children. $25.00 for additional children, $50.00 for additional hours. $50.00 booking fee to book and reserve birthday party packages. What makes ATS amazing, we believe in bringing that special birthday alive, by adding our Platinum or Theme Specialty Packages. We also love to release some of the stress off our clients, assist with the planning and witness the smiles on the faces of our children. Amazing Safe Patrol Program
The parent will also need to show current/valid identification in addition to the ASP wristband. ATS encourages children to be picked up only by the person dropping off, however should the child be picked up by someone other than the person dropping them off, he/she will need to provide a current/valid drivers license, the wristband or information from the wristband as well as the parent texting or emailing us a photo of the person who will be allowed to pick the child up. It is imperative the person dropping off also picks up the child.
Again, safety is our main priority! Even while attending one of our events, Safe Patrol to the rescue! Therefore it is imperative that parents read thoroughly through this statement. ATS is not licensed or certified to provide medication, therefore please allow sick children to remain at home. ATS, we will travel with a first-aid kit for basic minor first aid. If a child has known allergies and an incident may occur, yes we are certified to distribute an Epi-pen in case of an emergency, however we are not equipped to care for sick children. In keeping all the children healthy, please keep children at home if they are ill. Children who display signs of illness or injury upon arrival will not be admitted into an event. Any children who has or display any signs of a fever will be asked to be picked up immediately. All our staff members are First aid and CPR certified.
At ATS, safety is our main priority! Keeping our kids safe and secure while families are away enjoying their event is what makes our program so unique. Amazing Safe Patrol, or ASP is our very own kid safety program to keep each one of our children together, healthy and safe! Prior to arrival, parents will receive a link to enter your child into the event. Clients will receive registration link upon full balance payment two days before event. Each child must have a completed online application with emergency contact numbers, allergies, any medical conditions which may affect a child’s stay and or participation in such activities and persons responsible for pick up.
The form also includes a space for known allergies so please be detailed pertaining to your child’s specific allergies. In addition, the child will receive an ASP unlimited play wristband which will match the wristband of the individual dropping off and picking up. It is imperative for parents to keep the wristband as the wristband will be used to match identification upon pickup.
