Services Offered
ATS provides safe, reliable, on site child care event sitter and group services for weddings, non-profits, corporations, festivals, holiday parties, schools, religious gatherings, hotels/airbnb events, military functions, date nights, private child-free events, children birthday parties and events. We also provide services for homeschool group activities. Our weekends and holiday events get filled pretty quick. Therefore our clients are advised to reserve 60 days in advance.
Our staff will arrive promptly to your location, preferably one hour early to set up. Each staff member will arrive in complete ATS uniform, ATS ID, equipment and materials to set up and assist with your child-free event. In addition to providing safe and reliable child care, we bring the fun to entertain the kids too! Our Platinum and Amazing Theme packages are listed on our site where our clients can choose the kid friendly fun-filled packages of their choice. All of our packages are child friendly, with hours of fun, creative and engaging, age appropriate activities.
ATS is often praised for our immersive experience. We are committed to offering our clients and their children a safe amazing experience. There is at least a 4 hour minimum on all our amazing packages. Packages can be purchased in small or large groups of 10+ however with at least a 4 hour minimum. For child care service for individuals, private families of less than 10 or groups of 50+ children and/or overnight events for vacations and hotels please call to speak to one of our friendly associates. There are additional fees for additional children, hours, and out of state events. Please view our FAQs for more details.
After each event, ATS will also make sure basic cleaning is completed in the area where children were stationed. For our movie theater package, parents and groups will be allowed to choose from either our popcorn station or our nacho station. Slushies, snack boxes and basic table decor are included with this package. All arts & crafts will go home with each child after the event. ATS requires an hour window for setup and equal time for cleaning. There is no extra charge as this service is included in your consultation fee.

Do your little ones love excitement, music, fun, and amazing friendly clowns who love to dance? How about colorful parachutes and ball play? Let Amazing Traveling Sitters Bring The Amazing Experience To You! ! Our friendly Bubbles the Amazing Clown loves to face paint. When she comes, she arrives with some of your favorite tasty treats! Our clients can choose from our warm delicious popcorn/nacho station or our delicious cotton candy. Perhaps one of our cold delicious frozen snow cones. Should you get thirsty, Bubbles the Amazing Clown makes some of the best fruit flavored lemonade. Rahmi’s favorite is the Green Apple Surprise! It tastes just like an Apple Jolly Rancher! When you want to have a great party, dance around with friends, you can fuel yourself on our delicious Candy Buffet. In addition to some of our child friendly favorites, ATS also provides 30 minutes of your kids favorite music and dance in our music package. It’s one of Bubbles favorites! Create your account from the comfort of home; it’s simple and will only take a few minutes. Creating your account prior to the above date helps us have a smooth transition and helps your first check-in go more quickly so you can get on your way.
Once you’ve created your account, simply use your 10 digit phone number to check-in with us.
Additionally, we’re excited to share that we will be using KidCheck Express Check-In, which allows you to check-in right from your own phone – no waiting in line, no check-in station! You will need to check in for the first time with your 10 digit phone number at a check-in station. Then after that you can use Express Check-In, using these few simple steps:
1. Download the KidCheck App (as noted above)
2. Start check-in on your phone – from home, the car, the parking lot…
3. Complete check-in upon arrival by tapping the green submit button on your phone
4. Pick up your printed name tag and guardian receipt labels

As part of our commitment to safety, we encourage each parent to thoroughly read the information and view the quick online video pertaining to KidCheck. You can register your child, receive important information and learn how KidCheck operates by going to Go.KidCheck.com. *Please note, every child must be registered in advance through KidCheck.com to attend one of our events or to book sitter services. *It’s imperative to complete early registration as our events and sitter services fill up quickly.
In addition to KidCheck, Amazing Traveling Sitters provides an extra layer of safety through our additional safety features. First-Aid kits and emergency contacts are always available in each group. ATS will not distribute medications, therefore please be mindful of illnesses and allow sick children to remain home.
ATS offers Amazing Kid Safety yearly mandatory training for our employees. During this training our staff receive information on, EpiPen distribution, CPR-First Aid, Shaken Baby Syndrome, Name-to-Face attendance forms, the importance of handwashing and full complete training on Child Safety Best Practices.
Amazing Traveling Sitters provides unlimited play wristbands. The wristbands are provided to allow unlimited play in all our play stations, however the wristbands are also color coded and used to inform admin & staff of allergies and special accommodations. All children will receive unlimited play wristbands so no one is singled out. Based on your child’s alert, Parents will receive information about the color coded wristbands during registration.
Amazing Traveling Sitters Tutoring Services
Children are unique, resilient and learn in many different ways. Students all over the nation are preparing for standardized testing. What a better time to choose ATS to assist and help your little one enhance their reading skills.
Tutoring services are offered in reading, for grades Kindergarten thru 3rd grade. The current schedule is Monday through Friday from 4pm to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 12 noon.
Amazing Traveling Sitters offers tutoring services for elementary students to help enhance reading fluency, comprehension, language/vocabulary, phonemic awareness/ understanding and more.
ATS tutoring services are structured around each child’s abilities to learn and grow. Our goal for our children is simple, cultivate the love for reading while creating lifelong readers! The majority of our team members are recruited directly from the school districts and early education programs.
ATS proctors test before and after services to assess the knowledge and progress of the child. Please inform ATS in advance if your child has specific testing needs or requires extra time. Building self-esteem, and self-confidence is just another technique used during tutoring services. ATS is optimistic about student outcomes while creating successful readers.
Classes are booked for one hour. 45 minutes of instruction/hands on activities and 15 minutes of reading. Reading logs will be provided and completed. Tutoring services are on a first come first serve basis, so please register in advance. Parents will be provided a folder of the tutoring schedule and additional information on what ATS will cover during tutoring sessions. Assignments, assessments and progress reports will be provided throughout the session as well. Fees vary by grade. Please email ATS amazingtravelingsitters@gmail.com for a tutoring session quote.
School Closing, Winter & Spring Break Camp
New to our service, School Closing Camp! Parents spoke and we listened! Amazing Traveling Sitters, now offer camp for school closing days, excluding inclement weather days. Hours of care are from 8am-5pm on days schools are closed. Although some schools are out more than others, ATS is committed to following the CMS school calendar. We will provide care as much as we can to cover the closing dates.
ATS offers a plethora of amazing activities. We are excited to provide activities from our Platinum & Theme packages. The children will have the option to choose from our Gaming package to our Friday Movie & Pizza package! Plenty of activities to keep our students engaged and happy. In addition to our exciting activities we will also encourage the children to participate in our peer support groups and activities.
During our peer support groups; the children will engage in small and large group discussions. In addition to our whole groups, ATS will provide activities to enhance self-esteem, self-confidence while discussing ways of expressing and regulating emotions.
Our children are unique; therefore providing them with the skills they need to be the best they can be is the ultimate goal!
The children will also participate in team building activities to improve their interpersonal skills with peers and others.
